It seems whenever I sit down to write it just seems like there just not enough time. It just fles. I am already doing many of the suggestions that you have and just is not enough. I just make myself sit down and write for 30 minute chunks of time on a daily basis. After a while, I get my flow going and then I can write a few sentences here, a few there, between interruptions.
